Shipping policy

Thank you for choosing Gone Western Company

All of our products are made to order. That means that all our products are sent to production as soon as your order is placed. That also means no cancellations on any orders.

We are unable to make changes to your order once it is placed. Please ensure that your name, address and payment method are all correct before submitting your order.

We offer multiple shipping options with different turn around times. Our typical turn around time is upwards of 2-3 weeks. We can not prioritize rush shipping on any orders. 

Undelivered or Lost Orders

Once an item is shipped, Gone Western Co is no longer liable for the item. Sometimes things happen in transit that is out of our hands unfortunately. We will work with you in order to locate the item and if it is indeed considered lost, then we will request a reprint from our publisher and have a new one sent to you at no cost. Refunds will not be issued.

Stolen Packages

Gone Western Company is NOT responsible for stolen packages

If your product is shown as delivered and a photo is provided by the shipping company showing it at your address but is no longer there you can file a report with the police stating it as a stolen package. We here at Gone Western Company are not responsible for stolen packages and unfortunately will not replace stolen packages.

Digital Products

For the digital products offered by Gone Western Company, no physical shipping is required. These products are delivered electronically and are available immediately upon purchase via a download link or email delivery.

Please make sure your email address is entered correctly at checkout to ensure you receive access to your purchase. If you have any trouble downloading or accessing your digital product, our team is happy to assist.

All digital purchases are final and non-refundable.
